Disclaimer: Please be aware that JK Kosher upholds the strictest confidentiality of your company information including plant details, production staff, trade secrets, production formulas, and processes and at NO TIME will this information be shared with any 3rd party not related to the kosher certification process nor will any information obtained through the kosher certifying process be used for any type of commercial gain. Submission of an application does not guarantee kosher certification or that an inspection will even take place. Information is used solely for the purpose of investigating the need and appropriateness of kosher certification. Agreement by a company to engage JK Kosher for Kosher Certification requires payment upfront in full regardless of whether final certification is given. Certification is not withheld other than in cases of gross misconduct or inappropriate grounds for providing certification. At no time may a company use the name or certification of JK Kosher without the express written permission of same, made in the form of an approved Kosher Certificate with seal. Kosher Certification entails regular audits of products and production facilities and certification can be revoked if violations of the laws of kosher are found to be taking place willfully. Certification is in force for a period of one year from date of approval and must be renewed with additional follow up and inspection on an annual basis.
